Be Prepared - Write down your questions & thoughts in advance. Know what you
want to say. Be prepared to state your name,
interests, level of experience, health issues & desired session length. |

calendar. Select an ideal date to session and an alterative day. |

Be Brief -
Limit your phone conversation to 5 minutes. You will also be allowed
time before the session to discuss your interests face to face. If you require
a longer period of time for introduction, schedule a Consultation. |

Be Modest - Do not exaggerate your tolerance level or years of experience. This will
only set you up for more than you can handle and throw the session vibe off. |

Be Truthful - My time is valueable & will not be wasted on wankers or liars. If you have

advanced notice for a session. Same day appointments are usually not possible. It is ideal
