Proper Etiquette for Booking a Session:

Be Prepared - Write down your questions & thoughts ahead of time. Know what you want to say. Note questions you may have. Be prepared to state your name, interests, level of experience, health issues & desired session length.

Be Informed - Read the Q & A section. Know what My interests are & if we are compatable. Check your calendar. Select an ideal date to session and an alterative day.

Be Brief - Limit your phone conversation to 5 minutes. You will also be allowed time before the session to discuss your interests face to face. If you require a longer period of time for introduction, schedule a consultation.

Be Modest - Do not exaggerate your tolerance level or years of experience. this will only set you up for more than you can handle.
